To place your order for your Out-of-town
Bridesmaid's dresses:
1 – Each bridesmaid should fill out a Bridesmaid's Order Form.
At the bride's request we can e-mail or fax Order Forms to each
bridesmaid. They will need to fill out the form in full (we do not
accept incomplete forms), sing it, and fax it or mail it to Majesty. The Bridesmaid's Order Form serves as a contract between us and each individual bridesmaid, so we do need a hard copy with a signature. We cannot accept orders over the phone. Please note that on the form we ask each bridesmaid to choose her own size based on comparing her measurements to the designer's size chart. We'll be happy to answer any questions, but the final decision is always made by the bridesmaid.
2 - After we've received a completed Bridesmaid Order Form for all the bridesmaids in the wedding party, the bride will sign a final contract. This contract lists each girl's size and color and the approximate delivery date for the dresses. The bride should review this contract thoroughly, sign and fax it back to Majesty. After we've received the final contract the order will be placed and the down payments charged on each credit card. The remaining balance will be charged when we ship the dresses to each bridesmaids.
